Starlight Concerts will make every endeavour to provide a safe environment for staff, volunteers, contractors, artistes and members of the public with Covid-19 safety measures in place at all venues and events under their control.

Appropriate Covid-19 instruction signs regarding social distancing, hand sanitising and rubbish disposal will be displayed in all car parks, entry gates and around the site.

Entrance Gates
All tickets are e-tickets which will be scanned, removing the physical transfer of property. To ensure the safe entry of all customers whilst still protecting staff and volunteers we will:

  • Promote social distancing with distance markings whilst customers are queuing
  • Use scanners to verify tickets
  • Provide sanitiser and masks for gate staff and sanitising wipes for scanning equipment
  • Verbally promote social distancing to customers on entry
  • Provide relevant PPE for security staff when carrying out bag searches
  • Customers will be issued with black bags to take their own waste home

Portable event toilets will be used around the site and we will:

  • Promote social distancing whilst queuing with distance markings
  • Provide hand sanitizer for use on entry and exit of toilets
  • Provide extra staff for cleaning between use
  • Site toilets in smaller groupings around the arena to enable easier social distancing

Staff and volunteers
Extra staff will be employed for monitoring Covid-19 restrictions during the event. All staff and volunteers will be issued with the necessary PPE including:

  • Individual hand sanitizers
  • Disposable gloves
  • Masks if required

Track & Trace
All attendees will be traceable through our ticketing database or NHS Track & Trace App.

All customers, contractors and artistes on site will be monitored by Starlight Concerts management and must comply with this policy at all times.

Cancellation Policy:
Our Terms & Conditions of sale clearly state that if a venue should become unviable due to the Coronavirus outbreak your tickets will be postponed for the rescheduled event at the same location or an equivalent location within a 15 mile radius.

Refund Policy
There will strictly be no refunds permitted. Reasons we may chose to postpone the concert include, but are not limited to:

  • The venue being unviable due to poor ticket sales, critical staff or artistes falling ill or being mandated to self-isolate.
  • The Local Authority or any other statuary body, including the Government, placing restrictions on the operation of festivals, which in the opinion of management, renders it unviable to continue.
  • A license being revoked or reviewed on public health grounds or the Local Director of Public Health requesting that the event be postponed.
